Chosen Solution
I turned my PS4 on today and I found out it would turn on but it would show the PS4 logo off and on nonstop and sometimes the screen just didn’t show, yet the only way I could turn it off is by unplugging it. Edit: I’m using a PS4 Slim btw
Have you tried booting to safe mode? Hold power until you hear several beeps. 7 seconds or so
