Hey, can somebody please help me with this error “The update file cannot be used”. I have tried many solutions for my PS4 such as hard reset PS4, rebuild database and many others. So can anyone kindly help me figure out this error? Thanks
You probably used the update file when a full reinstall file is needed, or trying to install an older version onto an already updated system.
