Hello. Recently my ps4 have started to turn black randomly when using it. It will sometimes turn black when i dont do nothing on it, but most often when i download anything or playing a game etc. The thing i find wierd is that it still seems to be on (it shows a white light) but the screen just cracks and turns black. The controller turns off though and loses connection. I have tried several power outlets and serveral HDMI cables as well as power cables, but the problem still occurs. Thanks in advance!
You might want to take a look inside your HDMI port. There could be some bent, misaligned, or uprooted pins
