Hi there, I have a white ps4 slim which I’ve been using for 3 years now. Never had problems with it until now. It gets a bit louder after a while of playing, I think it gets a bit too hot as well but the main problem is, the video signal shuts off. The audio still works. Even weirder, if I were to unplug HDMI and plug it again, it works all right for another 30min and then it happens again. I thought about opening it up just to remove all the dirt and dust, but did anyone else had something like that? Is it possible it is simply problem of overheating?
I’d clean it out and see if that helps. If you’re still having the issue after it’s been cleaned it could either be the HDMI port or the HDMI transmitter
