I recently had a ps4 slim with no signal, I swapped the hdmi port, I also had to swap a couple of HDMI filters (I dislodged and lost them) I bought some what where advertised on ebay as PS4 slim/pro HDMI filters, and although they were a little big I managed to get them in. I now have a signal but its was something like 640 x 480, it was mainly black but had a couple of colored lines up one side of the screen. I think replacing the filters would fix it but I’m having a real issue sourcing them, which is making me question if its at all possible to buy them?

Was the previous port not physically damaged? I’m thinking the problem would be caused by the HDMI encoder IC instead. The dislodged part makes it a bit tricky as that can be caused by bad solder joints / connections behind the HDMI port pins.

I have the exact same problem. Did you ever find the correct one’s for the slim?
