Hello. I have a PS4 Slim, model CUH-2015B which refuses to output TV Signal. It starts well, the solid white LED is on, also hibernates (Yellow LED) but no signal. I tried to boot in Safe mode, nothing. Changed TV, HDMI Cable and ports. Any solutions?
Either HDMI port physically damaged and/or HDMI chip which is near the HDMI port on the logic board needs to be replaced. Take it to a reputable repair shop that does console repairs and they should be able to help you out with that.
