Hi everyone , so pretty much my brother ended up dropping my PS4 (3 feet off the floor) ever since then the PS4 would just randomly shut off every time I try to start or sign in into a user . I have done safe mode and pretty much did the option where I just restarted and deleted everything and still nothing worked. I’m not sure if it’s a hard drive thing that needs to be replaced or do I have to buy a new one or so. Please help ! Thank you for your time on reading this!
when the ps4 was dropped the fan connector could of came off. with no fan connected to the ps4 that can lead to overheating.
