Recently my PS4 when I turn it on no longer beeps, but it still works like it should. Is it normal for the Motherboard speaker to just die or no, and is there a way to restore it?
While I wouldn’t say it’s normal it does happen. Yes, they can be replaced…you just have to desolder the old one and install a working one. I don’t know of anywhere to purchase new ones so I always just remove them from junk boards and install them into the good board. Hope this helps.
