I bought this DongCoh Game Bar hard drive Cover Shell Replacement Faceplate for PS4 Console（Black）https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019Q2… For this unit! Can I use a 8TB Hard Drive with the CUH1115A This says 1-6TB,but with updates,I think it increased. It is similar to the Nyko Data Bank!
Usually any HDD manufactured over 2TB wont physically fit in the device. you will need to verify the measurements of the drive you purchase, and make sure it fits within the PS4. That being said, a PS4 can read up to 8TB drives if they fit.
