Recently I tried going on my ps4 and there was troubles with the hdmi I was to wiggle it around to see if it would show up on the TV then I took out the hdmi cord out of the ps4 and I ended up pulling out the metal piece too. Here’s a picture
HDMI port needs to be replaced, looks like there is going to be significant damage on this one on the PS4’s logic board. Probably going to be ripped pads for connecting the pins on the HDMI port as well. Make sure you throw away the HDMI cable that you used on that PS4 as it should never do that. Next time if wiggling is required, replace the cable and if that does not work you’ll need the HDMI port to be replaced.
