PS4 Slim has a delay when ejecting disc. It’s not that it has a problem accepting it and ejecting it slowly. There is an actual 5 sec delay when I push the eject button on the PS4. Same issue when ejecting disc with controller from Home Screen. Originally when I bought the PS4 it wouldn’t take disc. The rollers were disconnected. That little piece in the middle that joins them had been knocked out.
It could be that the rollers are worn down as they need alot of rotation to grip the disc and push it out. An easy fix would be to place some masking tape on the rollers if you don’t have the replacement parts (worked for me for diagnosing purposes before) , and see if the issue is resolved.
