I replaced the PlayStation 4 analog stick, but it still moves on its own. Is it possible that the motherboard processor is faulty?
It’s possible the new analogue stick is faulty. I replaced four on two pads and after a week one played up. I contacted the seller who sent me two out for free. I replaced the bad one and no problems since. Also check the solder joints are good.
