Ps4 freezes selecting user with error ce-36329-3 Then it will send the error to sony to then boot into the menu fine, apart from there will now be no menu sound. It seems to work fine after that. I’ve tried a new hard drive, rebuilding data base, reinstalling and it still has the issue. Update (08/24/2016) New New info… It’s not the themes that cause this.. The system music option does… If I turn off system music everythings works as it should, no error code on default theme, no freezing for a while for different themes or anything.. wtf I’m going to make a new topic with the correct stuff now so maybe someone can help me, but I presume the system music is stored on the palystations actual storage, not the hard drive. Update (08/23/2016) New info: It seems to be something to do with the themes/sounds? I go to change to a different theme and it crashes, I turn off the menu sounds and do it again, it’s fine, I turn the sounds on and they all work? No Idea if that was a one time thing either. This is so strange. Surely if the themes/sounds were corrupt they would get replaced when changing hard drive or reinstalling the os etc After restarting (having auto log on left on as that seems to prevent the crash at start up) the sounds are gone again? I really don’t understand this is so strange.. wait..now there was a jingle and they randomly started working again.. Okay, even with the theme changed it still crashes when starting up without auto log in.. However it doesn’t have an error code, it eventually loads with the sound working? Well menu sounds without the background music, that has never worked. I am so confused Now after putting the default theme back on it’s got an error code again.. I guess the default theme is corrupt or something? Which is why it doesn’t freeze on auto log in as it doesn’t have to load the theme to select a user? idk, nor do I know how I could fix it cause I’ve reinstalled the software before

I hate it I mean what I did was leave it on and then the charge would just finish and it will turn off and from there u could put it in charge and hopefully it would work cause that’s what I did with my brother’s ps4

If your PS4 is freezing and shut down suddenly, (but the white light still turn on) and when you start your ps4 again the error is appear (CE-36329-3) Maybe the problem is the APU or the processor PS4, open your PS4 top housing (right) you will see 2 screw that hold the APU and the heatsink inside, try tighten 2 screw, if it doesn’t work, try prop something on it, maybe a couple of coins or ring at the screw. Make sure you’re fully tighten the screw.
