Hello, i desoldered a HDMI port and noticed that there was a part missing afterwards. Can u help me figure out which part it is? Thank you ill add a picture
It’s the same SMD component as the two black ones labelled OJ at the top left of your image. I don’t know the direction the SMD component goes in which is important as the labelled SMD component has a line on one side of that component indicating it needs to go a certain direction and can’t be put on reversed.
