Model: CUH-1115a Went to play a game that was already in the drive but received message saying “insert the disk”. So manually ejected it via the manual eject screw. When try to insert the disk, there is no response. It does not accept it and there is no noise at all from the drive. Tried inserting the disk with the PS4 standing up vertically with no luck. Tried booting in safe mode and rebuild the database with no luck. Haven’t shaken it yet to see if there are any loose parts rattling around due to fear of messing up the hard drive (old kind with moving parts). Not sure if this is a legit concern or not, haven’t found anything online about it so been erring on the side of caution here.
