My PS4 controller blinks orange 3 times then dose nothing it dose’t take power either
Try a reset. Put a pin in the reset hole in the back for 3 to 5 seconds then connect the controller to the ps4 with a USB cable and turn it on. Sounds like it is low on power or needs the battery replaced.
