Hi! My PS4, if i turned it on, everything seems to be working, but it starts to pulsate Blue Light endlessly, nothing on the screen. And if I try to go to safe mode, it won’t. I’m holding power button so long, that it will just shut down and that’s it. Is there any ideas, what could cause all of it? Is it APU or power supply problem? Or something else? I’m also adding two picture: I disassembled my PS4 and on a quick look, I saw that those areas are a bit different. On motherboard, this RI8H thing seems to be a bit burned or something brown is on top of that? Is that okay, or is it burned?
And also on a disc drive, I found that those two are a bit odd colored as well? Maybe those are the problems?

BLOD can be caused by a failing hard drive. Have you tried booting the PS4 without a hard drive installed and see if it gets to the safe mode / cannot start PS4 screen?
