I just brought this PS 4 Pro The Last Of Us Series last month ago, and theres some trouble with the disc drive. This happened almost every time i forget to remove the disc after playing. i search on the internet that we can remove the disc manually with a screwdriver, but my PS’s rubber O is not on the top of the logo, it was on the left side of the PS logo. and when i opened the rubber theres no hole to insert the screwdriver and when i try to open the top side of the PS, its too hard and looks like not happening. please someone help me??
It should still be under warranty, ask sony what they can do.
