Chosen Solution
I bought a phantom 4 and received it on Nov. 4th. I went through all the procedures that I read and watched on youtube to set it up. The on thing that never came up was the firmware update. I have never received a notification to update. I looked at the dji assistant 2 and saw that their was a firmware update for the quadcopter, but nothing for the remote. From what I’ve read and the videos I’ve what is that the first thing you do is update the quadcopter and the remote control. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a fix. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
I had never gotten a message to up either the controller or the aircraft. I was wondering if something was wrong with my controller, the app or the aircraft. But yesterday I had a response from someone that should me how to look at the firmware version and the update version. What I have the updates I needed. Thank you for responding to my question.
