I have tried replace the screen to my ipad and it appears to be like in the photo. Can anyone tell me what’s wrong with it? Is the LCD broken and spoiled? How do I fix it?
That looks like pry damage on the LCD or bending the display cable on it too much, you’ll need to replace the LCD display. Since you’ll need to open it up again I recommend buying another replacement glass touch digitizer as well as it is easy to crack replacement glass when you need to open it up again.
