I believe after I replaced the ink cartridges the time before last the alignment got off and I have gone through the alignment set up procedure several times lately to try to correct but it will not print correctly. it is like it skips lines all the way across the page.
Please let us know how the printer is configured, whether it is wireless or wired? There are a chances that, the printer driver might have some issue. So, try re installing the printer driver completely from the computer. You can try downloading the printer driver from the manufacturer website and check out.
