Now when I try to print in black or color I can’t because I get a message saying the catridges are empty. Both are full! They’re both original HP cartridges. I can print to the printer fine from my phone (wireless printing). Seems to be a computer/printer problem. I’ve tried removing the black and printing only in color. Same “empty” message. Tried removing the color and printing in black…same message! Is this some sort of software issue? I even put the old black cartridge in and get the same message. You would think it would try to print even if print was lousy. Help!
It very likely is software. You should uninstall and reinstall the AiO printer remote on your computer. If you didn’t have it before, you can get it on the Windows store or download it from HP for other systems. Hope this helps!
