Hello, I followed the guide to replace my iPhone 7’s LCD and Digitizer. Everything is working as expected but I have found that when I press the home button, the bottom of the display is pressed in, which causes a temporary mark on the screen as though the screen has been pressed in hard. The same effect can be reproduced by pressing in the bottom for the screen itself. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to fix this? Could it be that I screwed in the home button bracket too much or that the display is mispositioned? Thanks for your help! Many thanks Will
I would open it back up and make sure everything looks good.
