Hi Everyone I have a board 820-00165-A The PPDCIN_G3H should be at 18.5 V , but it is at 14.90 I see that PPDCIN_G3H comes from J700, which is the conector to the I/O Board. What would be the next step on this issue? Best
First of all, Is it powering on? If PPBUS_G3H is at 8.56 I wouldn’t worry about it and I’d look elsewhere. Try a new DC in board and a KNOWN GOOD charger and it should be set. If it is still at 14.65 we can go from there but I don’t think this is an issue.
