Powers on and freezes ,I’ve turn it off and on and taken battery out. .still nothing even reset and nothing??????
This is usually caused by a firmware bug. If it’s still under warranty, ask for an exchange. If not, ask the carrier if there is a way to reupload the firmware. If not, you could try to find someone who does hardware hacking to see if they could connect via a JTAG interface to try to reinstall firmware and/or reset it so it might have a chance at booting properly. If you get it to boot properly even once, update the firmware.
