Power does not stay on
two things might cause this: a stuck roller or an intermittent connection. Intermittent connections may be caused by a bad switch, a bad push on connector or a loose mechanical switch trip mechanism.
My Dyson SV04 does goes on and off when I try to vacuum but stays on if I just turn it on without vacuuming anything. I think that it’s a bad battery. I need to know how to take apart the battery pack and replace the individual cells.
