iphone 7 plus when powering on the itunes restore display comes up. connected to itunes, itunes says problem with iphone could not restore needs a new logic board?

Try this:

  1. download the full firmware from here
  2. Put the phone in DFU mode
  3. when you see the restore button on a PC hold SHIFT, on a Mac hold OPTION, then click “RESTORE”
  4. select the file you downloaded. If it fails, use 3uTools to restore with that file.
