Why does the ‘y’ button on my 3DS XL switch the power off and how can I fix it?
Check your battery and the terminals that connect to the battery. They may have been damaged during assembly. If the battery and terminals look good. Open up the back panel (you’ll need a #000 philips head screwdriver with a long neck) and check that the WiFi card. See this image for more details If you bought it brand new. Return it as a defect.
