DENON RCD-N7 The PROTECTION MODE safety test shows the DC PROTECT 1 message, which, according to the manual service, means overvoltage in the + B / -B system. What does it mean ? How to repair ? The manual service is here: http://nice.kaze.com/rcd-n7 svm.pdf Update (11/29/2021) On the voltage strip on the motherboard (where there are two wider and narrower connectors) on the tape, I measured the voltages from the power supply and at least some of them are missing, basically I only have voltages on pins 1,2,3 and 12 … maybe it’s some tip ?!?
you probably have a cracked resistor somewhere on there. use you phones camera as a magnifier and give each one a close look.
In what circuit to look for this resistor? As for the power supply, I have already repaired it, it is 100% functional - working. I still have STANDBY / POWER blinking red at intervals of 0.25 seconds
Receiver behaves like this: After switching on, it works normally, there are voltages on the connectors, then from steady green light to STANDBY / POWER it changes to fast blinking red light, the messages on the display disappear and the voltage on the plugs disappears …
