I definitely need to open up the system, but I think the power receptacle inside the system has come loose. Power doesn’t come on.
All you should need to do is re-solder the power port back in place. Its an easy fix if you or a friend knows how to do basic soldering, and its something that any good electronics repair shop will be equipped for. If it turns out the port needs to be replaced, Hyperkin makes a $12 backplate replacement that includes it.
