the blue and red light light flashes while plugged into the charger and only the blue light flashes when not plugged in to charger. what is wrong, why won’t my c720 chromebook power on
After you have tried what @shiham said if that dosen’t work then open the device. unplug the battery and then plug it in. if the device doesn’t power up then while plugged in still do the wash sequence Esc, Refresh, and Power. If it does not come up after that the board is bad. If it does then proceed with the wash. After the machine comes up plug in the battery and test by closing the device and opening it again.
Plug in your chromebook. Hold down the Esc, Refresh, and Power buttons until the charge light turns to solid red. Leave it charging for at least 4 hours. Charge light will turn green. Now it can be turned on. try the step in the link https://support.google.com/chromebook/an…
On the Acer chrome book the charge light and power light are both steady blue but nothing on the screen. What’s wrong?
it looks like a battery issue, did you try to switch on without the battery
