The power brick lights orange but when it is then plugged into the console the light goes off and nothing appears to work. I have tried resetting it by disconnecting everything for a period of time but this appears not to work. Is it a fault of the power brick or is it the console?
Do you still have warranty on it? If so I would try contacting them and see if they can do something for it. In the meantime if you have a friend with an xbox one then try using their Power brick and see if it works that will rule out one or the other.
