NXP Power Management IC Chip is greatly warmed. I changed it to a new one, but nothing has changed. What else can make it warm? What is the maximum temperature of the withstand this chip? I am afraid that I was overheat it.

You replaced the logic board? if this didn’t fix it, you might have a bad battery, or a bad dock connector.
Hi, do you have a short circuit at the outputs? check the resistance to GND of the 3 coils and post result. i think i can help you spam removed BR Matthias
Guys, i just follow someone’s idea to use a flashlight to get to settings, and managed to turn Auto Brightness OFF and slide the bar to the lowest point. Turned the iphone off and the on and Voilaaa! I can see what im doing with a very low light but operational at least. But the minute you crank up the slider to make it brighter it will go back to black. So, maybe with these symptoms an expert can tell me if this smells like coil, IC or what?! thanks!
