Chosen Solution
I have a PS4 that, when you turn the power on, the lights turn on (White pulse) but the fans dont engage and the system never comes to life. Naturally this happened a week after my sony warranty expired. I’m going to test my hard drive by puting it in another machine, and my next thought would be to swap the power supply. At this point Id rather fix it myself since sending it off is so expensive. Any suggestions?
Try this forum it sounds like what you are experiencing but not too sure.
