Can no longer fit the power chord into the charging portal. The chord has a purple mark on it like it over heated. The dreamtab doesn’t charge anymore. Could the charging port be replaced?
Most likely you need a new charger if the cord is damaged. Also inspect the socket on your tablet to see if one of the pins is bent or damaged before trying the new charger, hopefully its just the charger. Here’s a link to a new unit: nabi 2: Charger Replacement
The charging port can be replaced but requires a new board snd the ability to solder. You can find a new board on ebay for under $300.
