I use hp revolve 810 g2, my laptop is doing just like Pepe own in the video,pls help me,I don’t know anything about disassembling laptops😢
Hi @oyelakun5 Try a full power refresh and check if this resolves the problem. Disconnect the charger from the laptop (if connected) and then remove the main battery from the laptop. Dis-assemble the laptop and disconnect the RTC battery from the motherboard. Press and hold the laptop’s power button for a full 30 seconds and then release. Reconnect the RTC battery, reassemble the laptop, reinsert the main battery, connect the charger and check if it turns on OK Here’s the maintenance and service guide for your model laptop. On p.28 it shows how to remove the battery. On p.51 it shows what you have to do to remove the RTC battery.
