Hi laptop was working fine then had booting issues where it would get to home screen and auto reboot. Managed to get to repair and started a windows reset last I saw it was 47%, but I had to leave. When I returned black screen power button was on but nothing. Tried turning off and on, again power button lights but no fan noise and no screen lights. I have tried a reset where I took out the battery held power for 30s and replace battery but no change. Power light is on when charging but no other lights even caps and mute lights not working.

If you can remove the laptop battery, do so, unplug the power, and press and hold the power button for about 20-30 seconds with nothing else plugged in. This will drain the flea power off the system. Once you’ve done that, put the battery back in, plug it back up and try to turn it back on and see what happens. If you can’t remove the battery, unplug it and press and hold the power button for 1 minute with nothing plugged in and repeat the same steps above. It’s important to not have anything else plugged in during this time like an external keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc. as we want only the charger and the battery to be the source of power for the unit.
