The power button clicks, and volume buttons work but power button doesnt turn on the screen. Replace the part or is it something else? The phone was dropped, screen got cracked.
Hello Ed! It definitely sounds like you need a new screen for sure! Even small drops can be devastating for phones. The power button issue might be related to the drop as well. Good luck!
