Marked as wrong device only because it wouldnt let me post Hello, around 20 minutes ago i was walking around my house using the Sennheiser PC 373D Gaming Headset ‘with my phones and i stepped on the cord and the input plug came flying out of the jack, since then no sound has been coming out of my headphones. It looks normal (except for some loops because it was tangled and the surfaces rubbed together over time, ive tried multiple devices without any luck. are they broken for sure? and if they are how much would it cost for it to be repaired. Update (12/03/2017) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1x8cGk7H… tell me if this pic is good enough ill retake it if you need and i have no idea where the cord has been pulled but there are heaps of loops

Poseidon-osu could be as simple as replacing the plug with a new one. you do want to post some images of what the plug looks like and where you think the wires got pulled. I suggest you open the plug and use an ohmmeter to measure from the plug to the speaker and see if you have continuity. If it is the plug it is a straight forward repair. Update (12/04/2017) looks like you have two male ends on this. Perfect. Use a multimeter in ohm scale and measure from one tip to the other and see if you have continuity. If you do not then you know you have a bad plug (possible broken wire). If unsure how to do that post a picture with both plugs so we can point out he how-to.
