I have a ZTE N800 How can I open my phone when I get continuous popups of: Unfortunately ___(fill in the blank) has stopped? I’ve held the volume down and power to reset but it shows up as soon as it opens and I can’t get around it. Does this mean I should stop the run around and just get another phone? Thanks
Hello Karla, Try booting into your phone’s BIOS before it fully starts up. You might be able to do a factory reset from there. That may help with the android popup errors. If worse comes to worse, you may just have to go buy another phone. Best Regards, Drew
