Download the verizon sofware assistant. http://support-us.samsung.com/VerizonSof… Connect the phone to the computer, and update it to the latest security patches. If you still get the error go to Recover Mode, and Wipe Cache. • Take your phone and press power button and select “power off”, or press and hold power key for a few seconds – complete a full shut down sequence. • Then, press and hold – at the same time – the Power, Volume Up and Home buttons for a few seconds. • The recovery mode will be soon displayed; release the buttons. • In recovery mode use volume up and down buttons to scroll up and down and power key to select.
