I have a Westinghouse DWM48F 1Y1 model TV. The picture is blurry w/lines. I just replaced the T-con board, believing it to be the cause, but still have the same problem. So, would it possibly be the power board, or the main board? Photo’s attached.

In this most cases fix this error by troubleshooting and finding the source of the problem. Unplug the power cord from your /TV and plug into a different outlet.
