Hi, Please refer to attached pictures. My tv just started showing this. It start with Black image and then after some time it goes back to Normal. Please help, what should I do ?

Himanshu Rathore  could be the LCD driver board (which is not repairable) but there is also the possibility that you are having cable issues or an issue with the T-con board. I suggest that you remove the back of your TV and check all the wiring. Disconnect the wires and reseat those to make sure they are properly attached. Post some images of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.

The band is roughly a sixth of the screen width, so I’d guess there are 6 chips along the top (or the bottom) of the screen controlling the columns of pixels. It looks like chips 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are ok but 4 is faulty. Most likely it’s the connections to the chip which will be very fine and unfortunately not really repairable.

If I am reading your post correctly, the TV starts out with a problem and then corrects itself after a while? If this is true, I would suspect either an IC that is sensitive to heat or there are connection problems somewhere in the video path. As oldTurkey suggested, try re-seating all of the cables first. Any dirt or corrosion within a connector can cause this type of failure. You can narrow this down a bit too with a simple test: Does the menu appear correctly at all times or does it too fail in the same area? If the menu works but the standard signal does not, then the problem is in the logic board and is not a display problem. Update this when you can. Dan

It’s a display problem bro.. You have to change display or if the display is unavailable talk with Sony service executive for alternative
