please help rescue password 27-06-2014 please i need solutions

HI: A lot of people forget a password and it is difficult to remember. However people also steal laptops then find it has a password just for the reason so no one can retrieve there data with out a correct password. Most tech’s will want proof this is your machine and not a stolen one. I know this is not an answer for you but the answer is yes you can do a password reset or delete. Then you are able to use the laptop and reset the password. Another method is to reinstall the operating system from scratch which wipes the drive and if it is stolen at least the original owner has not had the personal data used for fraud. So you have actually three options.

  1. reinstall your operating system fresh.
  2. Take the laptop apart and install the drive on another computer, recover your data and pictures, then reinstall fresh.
  3. Prove you are the owner and I will email you how to reset the password. I know I am a terrible person.
