hi my camera is stuck on “choose time zone and set date and time” how do i get rid of this. it won’t let me click menu to cancel and it won’t let me choose an option please help
Hi, Try a power refresh and check if this resolves the problem. Turn off the camera and then remove the battery from the camera. (see image) Press and hold the camera’s Power On/Off button for a full 30 seconds and then release. Reinsert the battery and try turning on the camera and adjusting the settings. This may not work as there is a backup power supply (capacitor) on the motherboard that maintains the settings when the battery has been removed. If any data has been corrupted preventing normal operation a power refresh may not restore the data back to default. You can only try.
