My PlayStation controller and microphone are pretty much in brand new condition but I always have issues with them on my PlayStation. They work perfectly fine on other ps4’s as I have tried them on my friends ps4’s. However with my ps4 my controller randomly disconnects, the headset makes weird noises, and cuts out the party chat so I cant hear the party. when I play games such as call of duty I will use the analog to turn my player but the PlayStation will respond much later and the player will turn on its own accord. I know the controller and headset are not the issues but I don’t know how to fix it. Any help is much appreciated thanks.
That’s good work!! You have test controller on other console and works! Of it is possible try to have your console too somewhere else! It might just be interference of some kind, wifi Bluetooth antenna. Can you try to have your PlayStation on another room or even to another house. I had a similar problem where a thick wire on the wall was causing me interference on a television signal. Hope for an easy fix!
