Here is what happens when I try to power-on my PS4 ++https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDei9Dwv… What can I do? It could be the thermal paste? Or there is nothing to do, because the chip is already burned? Or it is the power supply?

Hey, Peter. If your APU is in fact the problem, changing the thermal paste at this point won’t help. The APU will need to be either replaced, reballed, or reflowed. All of these require a hot air station at the least. However, I would look at the PSU before condemning the PS4. Take the Power Supply Unit out and open the casing. You may see obvious signs of failure or you may not. If you have another working PS4, try swapping the PSU out. This could help you determine if you should look into trying to reflow your APU.
