When I push the bread down, it doesn’t stay down. I can’t see how it even stayed down before, I already took it apart. Though, it may just be old, it is at least 7 years old.
I have no idea. However, it appears to have timer. The “stay down” function would be caused by a latch that holds it and the timer would trip the latch to pop it. Maybe it won’t latch unless the timer is set. Otherwise, I would guess there is an internal broken part.
