Unable to use Play Store. Error message - unfortunately Play Store has stopped working. Have tried all the standard Application Manager fixes, and even a hard reset, but nothing has worked
Murray McDonald, Here you can fine the way to hard reset technique ( i know you already did it but make sure cache partition also erase. boot the phone back and see whether play store back to work. After formatting your device if the fault persist you can check the OTA updates
