Chosen Solution
To play or pause I have to push the button once but mostly several times to get it to play. Pushing the button more towards the bottom of it seems to help somewhat but not always. What could be the problem?
Larry Mitcham it is most likely that the pad between the actual button and the micro switch underneath has either come off or moved slightly. This will then only make contact with the switch on certain location. To properly troubleshoot, you would have to take it apart.
